Shipping policy

Shero Beauty provides free shipping to both East and West Malaysia. For countries other than Malaysia, the shipping costs will be calculated at the checkout, please consider tax collection at customs depending on the country's customs policies. 

If your country is not an option for checkout, please reach out to us at info@shero.co or DM on Instagram to learn more about international shipping.

Our shipping dates are every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. The order cut-off time is at 8 PM the day before the shipping dates. Any orders made after the cut-off time will be shipped on the following shipping date slot.
