Refund policy

We have a 14-day refund policy, which means you have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging sealed. You’ll also need the invoice attached.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@shero.co or DM us on Instagram @sherobeauty. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue based on the warranty policy. 

We understand that accidental transactions may occur. If your parcel is not processed or shipped out, we can issue a partial refund. We are unable to fulfill a full refund as we would need to bear transaction fees. Hence, your refund will be the full amount minus any transaction fees that are charged upon the refund process. Please notify us of any incorrect orders through help@shero.co 

If your item is already processed for shipment, please wait for your parcel to reach you. The buyer will have to notify us and return the item as it is, as well as bearing the shipping fee. Similarly, it will be a partial refund and not in full due to transaction fees depending on which payment gateway was used. 

After receiving your returned parcel

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
